  By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. After having my new veneers fitted, following two cancelled appointments by the dentist, I have had to go back to this dentist twice more for corrective work since (once because the veneers actually came off at work). Following this I was kindly offered an additional appointment which I arrived for today at 15:52 when I should have been there at 15:35, but I was told they would have to reschedule (I had driven from Manchester where I work), on top of the I had left notes with the lady I spoke to less than 24 hours previously to say I may be late or in fact have to cancel due to work and this was fine then (apparently not now). I shall not bother contacting this dentist again and perhaps I won't take them up on their offer to go private with them. I shall have to get their poor quality work corrected elsewhere! I urge everyone to avoid this dentist. Unreliable, atrocious customer service and poor quality dentistry !
